1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using the sge77 platform at sge77.co ("Platform"), you ("Player," "User," "you") agree to be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or guidelines published on the Platform from time to time. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and sge77 ("we," "us," "sge77"). Your continued use of the Platform following any amendments to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Eligibility

Use of the sge77 Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:

• You must not be acting on behalf of, or depositing funds on behalf of, another individual.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To use the sge77 Platform, you must create an account by providing accurate, complete, and current registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address where applicable. You warrant that all information provided at registration is truthful and that you will promptly update your account details if any information changes.

3.2 One Account Per Person

Each individual may maintain only one (1) active account on sge77. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. sge77 reserves the right to merge, suspend, or close duplicate accounts and to forfeit any balances or bonus credits associated with them.

3.3 KYC Verification

sge77 operates a Know Your Customer ("KYC") process in accordance with Philippine anti-money laundering obligations. You may be required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued identification document (such as a Passport, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, UMID, or Driver's License) and proof of payment method ownership before withdrawals are processed. Failure to complete KYC verification may result in withdrawal delays or account suspension.

4. Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your sge77 login credentials, including your username and password. sge77 will never ask you for your password through any channel (SMS, email, or live chat). You must:

5.2 Currency

All transactions on sge77 are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱) unless expressly stated otherwise. sge77 is not responsible for currency conversion fees applied by your payment provider.

5.3 Deposit Restrictions

Deposited funds must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. sge77 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Funds deposited in error may not be recoverable. sge77 reserves the right to reverse deposits that cannot be verified or that originate from methods not registered to the account holder.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawals are processed after account KYC verification is complete. Standard processing times depend on the payment method selected. sge77 reserves the right to conduct additional security checks on withdrawal requests, which may extend processing time. Winnings generated from bonus funds are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they become withdrawable.

6. Betting Rules

All bets placed on sge77 are subject to the specific game rules applicable to each product (slots, live casino, bingo, crash, etc.), which are available within each game interface. The following general betting rules apply across all sge77 products:

• Bets may only be placed using cleared, available funds in your sge77 wallet;
• Once a bet is confirmed and accepted by the system, it cannot be cancelled or amended;

• Colluding with other players or third parties to manipulate game outcomes;
• Initiating chargebacks or payment reversals in bad faith;
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, fraud, or other illegal activity;

• Attempting to access another player's account without authorisation.

sge77 reserves the right to report any suspected illegal activity to the relevant Philippine law enforcement or regulatory authorities.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the sge77 Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, graphics, text, logos, trademarks, and audio-visual elements — is the property of sge77 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property law. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without prior written consent from sge77.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, sge77, its directors, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Platform;
• Any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages;
• Service interruptions caused by technical failures, maintenance, or force majeure events;
• Any reliance placed by you on information published on the Platform.

In any event, sge77's total aggregate liability to any individual player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

• A player fails to complete required KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe;

Upon account closure for legitimate reasons, any remaining balance (net of bonus amounts subject to pending wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered withdrawal method, following completion of KYC verification.

14. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of sge77 shall first be submitted to sge77 customer support for resolution. If a satisfactory resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be referred to the appropriate Philippine courts or regulatory bodies as required.

15. Amendments to These Terms
